General Physical Preparedness


Whether you choose to train with us in person or online, this is the process we’ll take you through on your fitness journey. We’ll take you from Point A (starting point) to Point B (Complete Fitness) in the fastest safest and most sustainable way possible.  It’s important to note you need to earn the right to progress to the next stage.

Stage 1: Reboot

Initial Assessment + Clean Eating Plan


In this stage we as coaches are getting to know you, we begin to understand lifestyle factors that have led you to us. We will assess you with our screening methods which include our On-boarding questionnaire and a movement analysis. This is important information to build a results based program.


This is you’re Point A (Starting Point)


Outcomes: Identify Dysfunction, Introduce Clean Eating Habits

Stage 2: Restore

Begin Training Plan + Restore Movement


We can now build a results based program. We start with some body work to RESTORE functional mobility so you can begin to learn the foundational movement patterns safely. This will set you up for success so you can continue to progress towards your Point B (Complete Fitness) in the fastest safest and most efficient way possible. You’ve earned the right to progress to the next stage.


Outcomes: Eliminate Joint Pain + Increase Functional Mobility

Stage 3: Programming

Build Muscle Endurance + Aerobic Interval Training


This is where we start to see rapid results with your training. We are REPROGRAMMING the body to develop proper movement patterns with a special focus on Muscle Endurance Training. We can continue to progress in this stage and introduce Aerobic Interval Training which trains your body to endure higher demands. Now you're moving like a champion, you’ve earned the right to progress to the next stage.


Outcomes: Increase Energy + Beat Depression + Combat Stress

Stage 4: Power On

High Intensity Intervals Training + Build Strength (Power) 


This is where you can really increase the intensity of your training. You now have the ability to load your foundations and start to build pure strength (Power). You may want to continue to challenge yourself with more integrated complex movements patterns, there is not limit to what you can achieve here. It’s in this stage that you become an unstoppable MACHINE, your training routine is automated/embedded into your weekly schedule and you’re able to RISE to the challenges that life throws your way.


Outcomes: Burn Fat + Build Lean Muscle
